Dathan Jones for US Senate
Restoring Power to “We the People.”
“We the People” — The Promise of Colorado
The words spoken in 1787 still echo in the hearts of Coloradans today. We the People created this government. We are its foundation, its purpose, and its voice. Over time, that truth has been forgotten.
I am running for the United States Senate in 2026 to restore the focus on We the People and to return government to its rightful place serving those who built this nation, not the powerful few who control it.
My platform is simple, built on accountability, service, and faith in the people of Colorado.
1. Financial Accountability
Balance the budget and end reckless spending. Every dollar should serve the citizens who earned it.
2. Land and Water Rights
Protect our farmers, ranchers, and landowners. Colorado’s land and water belong to its people, not to federal bureaucrats.
3. Security and Justice
Support our military and police, restore respect for law and order, and ensure safe communities for every family.
4. Homelessness and Housing
Address homelessness with compassion and accountability. Create real opportunities for people to rebuild their lives.
5. Public Education and Parental Rights
Bring sanity and balance back to our schools. Parents have the right to know what their children are being taught.
6. Jobs and Local Industry
Strengthen manufacturing and small business in Colorado to create stable and high-quality jobs that keep families secure.
7. Reduced Healthcare Costs
I will work to reduce healthcare costs by opening the market to more competition and more choice. Government interference only drives prices up. Colorado families deserve affordable care that puts the patient first.
8. Term Limits
I support strong term limits because public service should never become a path to personal enrichment. When leaders stay in office for decades, they stop listening to the people and protect their own power. Colorado needs fresh ideas and new voices that put citizens first.
There are no big I’s or little you’s in this state. Everyone matters, and my loyalty is to Colorado and to the people who call it home.
Let me serve you, and together we will restore the power of We the People.
